How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, go to checkout, fill the address form, choose a payment method and place the order.
Do I need an account?
You can browse without one, but to place an order you must register with an email.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, before it is packed. Contact support with your order number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3-6 working days. Express 1-2 working days in metros.
What are the delivery charges?
Free above Rs 999. Below that a flat Rs 79 applies.
Do you deliver to my PIN code?
We deliver across India. Enter your PIN at checkout to confirm.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
How are refunds processed?
Within 3-5 working days to the original payment method after inspection.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store card details. All transactions are through secure gateways.
